Graphic design is about solving problems visually. Graphic developers at Humansized solve problems like a designer but with the tools of a web developer. The ideal candidate is a visual and curious thinker. They will oscillate between developing visual design collateral in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and implementing those designs into code. A love for software interface design, user experience design, and information architecture is a requirement. If you are the right candidate Humansized can be flexible on how much practical experience you might have.

This is contract job, with the potential to transition to a full-time employee position for the right fit. Compensation is competitive and depends on experience. This position can be a mix of offsite and onsite with a minimum of 2 days a week onsite.

Required:

Experience with of Abobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign

Experience with HTML & modern Javascript frameworks especially JQuery

Willingness to learn new skills and technologies

Desired:

Experience with Ruby on Rails

BFA/MFA in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or related field
